What is the minimum order value?
We do not believe in putting any restrictions on the customer. Hence there is no minimum order value. Order whatever you want.
What are your delivery charges
We charge Rs. 30 for all orders of value less than Rs. 200. All orders above Rs. 200 enjoy free deliveries.
What are your delivery hours ?
We currently have five delivery slots: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Do you provide same day deliveries ?
Yes, we provide same day deliveries for the evening slots (12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm).
What is the cut off time for same day delivery ?
To enjoy same day deliveries, please place your order before cut - off time for individual time slots. Currently applicable cut offs are as follows:
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM, the previous day
12:00 PM to 2:00 PM - 10:00 AM
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM - 2:00 PM
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - 4:00 PM
8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - 4:00 PM
How are my goods delivered ?
Your goods are delivered in our specialized vans manned by well trained delivery personnel.
What are the modes of payment you accept ?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayU Money, Mobikwik, Cash on Delivery and Swipe on Delivery.
What is your refund policy?
We follow a no questions asked returns policy. For further details, please check our cancellation and refunds policy stated here.
Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Satvacart?
Yes, you can view our catalog and add products to your cart without doing a login. However, you need to create an account with us to checkout.
What is saved cart ?
Saved cart is a feature whereby our systems learn from your grocery shopping behavior and in turn helps you reduce the overall time spent in shopping for groceries. Whenever you make a purchase on Satvacart, our system automatically adds the product into your saved cart. Next time you are buying the products, you can find all the products you have ever purchased from Satvacart at one single place - saved cart. All you have to do is adjust quantities, add to cart and checkout- No parsing throught the catalog, no searches, no looking through the grocery aisles.
How do I add items to my saved cart ?
The items get added automatically when you do a purchase.

How do you ensure the fruits and vegetables delivered are fresh and of the best quality ?
We procure the fruits and vegetables on a daily basis from suppliers who in turn directly procure these from the farms on a daily basis. Our pickers are professionally trained to pick the best fruits & vegetables out of the lot and ensure the fruits & vegetables are the best in quality.
How can I ensure that the fruits and vegetables you provide are according to my preference
We do understand that all of us have different preferences in the fruits & vegetables. In case you have some specific preference on how the particular fruit/vegetable should be, please enter the details in the comments box during checkout. We will try our best to pick the items as per your preference.
I will be out of my place when you do the delivery. Can you leave my articles at the Gate keeper ?
Sure, we can do that. Please leave a comment during checkout. Please do note however that Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for this service. Further, for some of the articles we have a return policy on point of delivery. We would count the point of delivery as the time the order was delivered to the gate keeper.
